RentOffice offers an important function that has recently been implemented:
The connection to "Technische Sicherheitseinrichtung" (TSE).
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF THE TSE-CONNECTION?
Through the TSE-Connection, we fulfill the legal requirements in accordance with the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV) and ensure that your electronic cash register systems are secure and manipulation-proof.
HOW CAN I USE THE TSE?
To be able to use the TSE in RentOffice, all you have to do is fill in the TSE order Form. We will then take care of setting up the TSE in your RentOffice.
On-Premise customers: Please first download and install the current RentOffice update. Then make an appointment with us to set up the TSE. We need full access to the RentOffice installation directory for the setup.
KMS-Server and Cloud-customers: Your RentOffice is already up to date. After receipt of the order, we will carry out the setup of the TSE as quickly as possible. We will inform you when the setup is complete.
If the TSE has been successfully set up, you will recognize this by a notice in the respective cash register and a QR-code on the receipt printout.
