Rentoffice has predefined user groups with different rights and views, but also offers the possibility to define user-specific groups for both Rentoffice Classic and Rentoffice Cloud.
The creation of a new user group for Rentoffice Classic is done via Parameter > User groups. Here you can assign or remove all rights by module and program part. When creating a new user, a predefined or user-specific group can be selected.
If you use not only Rentoffice Classic, but also on the cloud, you can create user-specific groups via Classic by checking the Role (Web) box. This video shows how to set up new user groups for Rentoffice Classic and Rentoffice Cloud.
