Where are you from?

From the beautiful city of Braunschweig. Or as I say: Braunschweig is neither fish nor meat. ;) My great love is Berlin for over 20 years.  

Why (what was your motivation) to apply/start at KMS?

Having worked in our beautiful office - the Kaliwerk - before, I got to know and love you, my colleagues at KMS.  Such warm and friendly people in one bunch, I knew that this was a great employer. On top of that, I have a passion for mobility. For me, mobility means: connection, change, awaking. 

What precisely do you do at KMS?

Trying to make you happy. People are a company's greatest asset and my job is to protect, manage and grow this asset. 

What are you excited about at KMS?

Our dealings with each other and the many exciting encounters I am allowed to have here. Love and fairness are two of my most important values, and I am very pleased that these are reflected in our organizational culture. Everyone is allowed to be themselves here, and I love that. 

What surprised you the most about KMS?

Our company history. I would not have thought before that KMS has been around for so long and that the legacy is so great.
