Where are you from? 

I'm originally from Brazil and I've decided to move to Europe almost ten years ago. Before moving to Germany in 2019 I was living in Ireland.

I always dreamed about living in Berlin, because I think the city is cool, full of nature, things to do and it is also cosmopolitan and family friendly.

Why (what was your motivation) to apply/start at kms? 

The mobility solutions is a growing industry. I was looking for a change outside the corporate world so becoming part of smaller team was something that I wanted to try.

What exactly do you do at KMS? 

I'm a Senior C# Backend Developer working on solutions for car sharing, fleet inspector and auto abo.

What do you find exciting about KMS? 

KMS has an international team so is really exciting to work with people that has different backgrounds and mindsets.

We have a good tech stack, our development team is constantly innovating and new ideas are always welcome. The company offers an environment where I am trusted and feel valued. 

What surprised you most about KMS? 

The level of ownership that I have and how in a short period of time we built a great team to work with.

There is always something challenging happening so you have to push yourself to learn new things. I feel that the team is very compromised to help each other on finding new solutions and to solve problems.
