Where are you from?

I'm originally from Berlin and now live near Nienburg an der Weser in Lower Saxony. I can mainly work remotely and still come back to my hometown to our office.

What motivated you to apply to KMS?

I was looking for a company that combines innovation, personal responsibility, and modern ways of working. After serving in the military for twelve years, I was looking for a new direction, and by a stroke of luck, I landed an internship that eventually turned into a permanent position, allowing me to fully realize my potential in my field ever since.

What precisely do you do at KMS?

I work in Active Sourcing and support our recruiting team in finding the right talent for our open positions. I develop target group-specific sourcing strategies, actively reach out to potential candidates, and guide them through the initial stages of the recruitment process. In addition, I also work as an HR Administrator.

What are you excited about at KMS?

I’m especially motivated by the team spirit, the open collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute my own ideas.

What surprised you most about KMS?

The openness and trust I experienced from day one. You really get the chance to take the initiative and make an impact – regardless of hierarchy or how long you've been with the company. The working atmosphere is very collegial and solution-oriented, which I really appreciate.
