Where are you from?

I was born and grew up in the beautiful Spreewald south of Berlin. After graduating from high school, I moved to Berlin to study. There I also found my first job and have now arrived at KMS.

Why (what was your motivation) to apply/start at KMS?

Due to my wife's aggressive attempts to poach me and the chance to advance mobility in Germany and beyond, I applied to KMS. The financial aspect played no small role in the end.

What specifically are you doing at KMS?

Together with my team, I turn the ideas of our customers and managing directors into reality. This ranges from databases to interfaces to various frontends.  

What are you excited about at KMS?

The upcoming modernisation and the desired vision with the current product and the current customers will be an exciting and challenging task.

What surprised you the most about KMS?

That you can implement, maintain and advance such a large product with a relatively small team. That the atmosphere in the company is so trusting and familiar, even though many are quite new.
