Where are you from?

Mein Name ist Mohammad. Ich komme aus dem Iran. Ich wurde in einer kleinen Stadt, Sardasht, im Nordwesten des Landes geboren und bin später nach dem Studium nach Teheran gezogen. Im Jahr 2022 bin ich nach Deutschland eingewandert. 

What motivated you to apply to KMS?

I work as a software developer at KMS. More specifically, my team is responsible for creating a new platform and migrating legacy code. It's a challenging yet enjoyable experience to approach problems from a different perspective.

What precisely do you do at KMS?

To be honest, I didn't know much about the company initially. I was introduced to KMS by a friend, Ardalan, who invited me for an interview. During the interviews, we discussed the business, company culture, and upcoming challenges, and I developed an interest.

What are you excited about at KMS?

For me, it's a top priority to find peace of mind, equity, and equality within the company. Along with this spirit of cooperation and empathy, I believe that a friendly atmosphere significantly boosts productivity. We have all of these at KMS. Additionally, working with people from diverse countries, cultures, and languages contributes to intellectual growth and is genuinely exciting.

What surprised you most about KMS?

 Dank des freundlichen und herzlichen Verhaltens meiner Kollegen habe ich mich schnell als Teil des Teams und des Unternehmens gefühlt. Ich fand es faszinierend, wie viel Wert sie auf den Seelenfrieden und die Gedanken des Einzelnen legen und wie offen sie für ein offenes Ohr sind.
