One-OS empowers mobility providers to manage subscription pricing for B2C- and B2B-customers flexibly and efficiently—centrally or tailored to specific business needs:

  • Price groups with combination logic: In the subscription model, vehicles can be assigned to a price group. Within this group, several combinations of term (e.g. 3 or 6 months) and kilometer packages (e.g. 1,000 or 2,000 km) can be created - for maximum flexibility without price duplicates. Ideal for B2B fleets and scalable offers.
  • Optional Manual Pricing: In addition to the Price group-based pricing logic, it is also possible to store individual prices manually per offer/vehicle - both in a B2C and B2B context.
  • Company-Specific pricing Tables: For B2B customers specific price models can be defined per company, e.g. separate price for partner companies or fleet customers - in addition to global shop price.
  • Shop Price Display: Net or Gross -Shop administrators can define whether prices should be displayed net or gross - either globally for the entire shop or specifically for corporate customers (B2B).
  • Automated Batch Pricing - price combinations can be created and maintained for entire price groups in one step - making One-OS a time-saving tool.

Rental Pricing: Structured Control with Clear Prices

✅Price Groups by Rental Duration: Providers can define pricing structures based on time periods—such as daily rates, weekly fees, or weekend packages. .

✅ Automatic Price Assignment: Once price have been stored in price groups, they are automatically assigned to the appropriate offers - eliminating manual errors.
