I come from Nuremberg.

Why (what was your motivation) to apply/start at KMS?

At KMS I can apply my skills perfectly, deepen them, and at the same time have a motivating work environment. The work-life balance is an important point for me in being able to have enough time for my family besides work.

What precisely do you do at KMS?

I am a product manager/owner for Salesforce at KMS. Our team handles the replacement of legacy systems and the introduction of Salesforce. My main responsibilities include mapping out processes, writing user stories, mastering the backlog, and first and foremost stakeholder and expectation management. Maintaining the Lean Roadmap is also part of my role.

What are you excited about at KMS?

I appreciate the short decision-making processes, the great atmosphere in our team, and the many sweets. I'm also a big fan of our Core Values because they remind us every day what else is important besides deadlines.

What surprised you the most about KMS?

Even though we already have 40 employees, we are still like a family. We have fun together, laugh, celebrate, face challenges, and overcome them together. There are no lone warriors, everyone helps each other to move forward as one big team.
