Customer letter 2020

I wish you and your family a good start into the new decade.

The turn of the year often brings changes with it, what has been achieved is considered and new plans for the future are drawn up - as is the case with KMS. Since 01.01.2020 I have been able to succeed Mr Schönefeld, after more than 30 successful years in the software rental industry. This, however, will not mean any change in our long-standing cooperation with you, rather we will continue to invest in it and grow as a team.

Based on the good customer relations, I am looking forward to bringing my experience from the software industry to KMS and to bringing new impulses and innovations to our solutions. At KMS, we have a lot planned for the future - this is visibly reflected first of all in the revision of our company name, which, in addition to the soon to be released new website, is also reflected in our mission statement: "keep mobility simple" flows.

Technologically, in addition to our kms rentoffice classic solution continues to rely fully on the cloud, our current kms rentoffice cloud 2.5 release is about to be published. In addition, this spring we will be developing the underlying kms Plattform and make it available to our customers via API for extensions and own developments. In the course of the year, we plan to introduce the solution kms fleetoffice, which is primarily aimed at corporate fleets and mobility service providers.

Above all, we want to further improve our cooperation with you by further optimising support via our ticketing system and introducing electronic invoicing. The latter, together with our exclusively digital newsletter, not only ensures more efficiency, but also protects the environment. This is a task that we, as well as the entire industry, will have to face in the future. As your software partner, we want to make a contribution here that enables you to be more sustainable.
